Recent changes to our website

Date: 08/06/11

We are sure all our customers (both buyers and sellers) will agree that our main website www.cyprusresaleproperties.com is an exceptional tool for a property search in Cyprus.

As a company we realize that our website is never finished and we continue to improve it with new innovative features. Over the last few months we have added many new elements to what was already the best property marketing site in Cyprus.

Most recent addition is a new mapping technology including a “Search by map” feature. All property searches also have the option to view that particular search as a map. Staying with map searches we have also added the noval “Custom search” - draw your own search and get your custom results.
Lots of our customers are avidly watching our site waiting for new property in a specific area or type. Sometimes properties are sold within a few weeks of listing and we get e-mails and phone calls asking us to inform a particular buyer if anything similar comes on the market. Now you can be the first to know of a new property that fulfils a specific search criteria. Simply ask for an “E-mail alert” and be notified upon the new relevant listing. Heart set on a particular property? Need to know if the price changes or if it’s sold? No problem – simply “Follow property”; the feature is found on each and every individual listing and on all search results pages.

Another useful feature found within the search results is the “Compare” feature; choose up to 5 properties and have them laid out side by side ready for printing. Details include a price per sq.m of covered area and again a small map. A feature so good we use it ourselves!

All of the above new features along with the excellent photography are to help our customers, many of whom are abroad, to make intelligent choices as to their property purchase in Cyprus.
