With 3 established courses (Secret Valley , Aphrodite Hills and Tsada) in the Paphos area, and more under construction including the Nick Faldo designed Elea Golf and Spa resort. Aphrodite hills and Secret valley are very close to each other, but are two very different courses. Aphrodite hills has a spectacular backdrop of the Mediterranean on every hole, where as Secret valley as the name implies is nestled in a deep ravine with the course snaking up and down the valley floor.

Many more golf courses are planned in Cyprus over the next few years. Cyprus Resales have some excellent property on or near these courses.

Cyprus has some excellent conditions for the keen sailor with strong but constant westerly sea winds. Limassol and Larnaca already have large permanent marinas and due to the popularity of Cyprus for sailors a new Marina had recently started construction in Limassol. A 1000 berth marina is also planned for the Coral Bay area of Paphos which will surely make property in this area even more desirable than ever.

Cyprus has some bountiful rolling hills and steep mountains enough to satisfy the keenest of hill walkers. The Troodos mountain range is only a 40 min drive form all the major towns and offers a spectacular backdrop to any keen walker.
